Mr. Slanina, a former Disciplinary Counsel who has written and lectured extensively and testified as an expert on legal ethics, counsels local and out-of-state lawyers and law firms on compliance with the Delaware Rules of Professional Conduct, and represents attorneys before the Board of Professional Conduct and the Delaware Supreme Court. He also represents prospective applicants seeking admission to the Delaware Bar and attorneys sued for malpractice.
